Fresh Car began in 2015 as a university project by Sam Brennan, the founder with the introduction of mobile car valeting. With a passion for car care and an entrepreneurial drive, Sam knew that instead of working for a big company, he wanted to build something of his own. Fresh was born out of the back of a 2007 Citroen Berlingo, a van that squeaked every time the brakes were pressed. Despite its humble beginnings, the values Sam instilled in Fresh from the start are the same ones that guide us today: providing excellent customer experiences, being entrepreneurial, and making things happen.
In the early days, Fresh operated with just a handful of employees. As the business grew, it became clear that the team wanted more, such as more autonomy, opportunity, and reward for their efforts. So, we created a system allowing people to run their own businesses, manage their customers, and set their own schedules. This franchise model empowered our team and made the Fresh experience more personal for our customers.
Fresh’s Growth and Expanding to Meet Demand
