As a franchisee, you'll start with a single van and then have the option of expanding into a multi-van operation with employees, depending on your objectives.
As a SMART Repair Fresh Franchisee, you will go directly to customers in your local area and deliver quality repairs for everyday car body damage. Repairs for minor dents, paintwork damage, and bumper scuffs can all be carried out at the customer's home or place of work. By localising the damage, this means only the small area needs repairing so it can be completed within a matter of hours.

How much will you need to invest to get started?
Our franchise model can provide excellent return on your investment.
For full purchase of the Fresh Car SMART Repairs franchise, you'll require £22,500+VAT of your own capital, fully paid up front (includes all equipment).
If you'd prefer a lower upfront investment, with our part-funded option for equipment, you can start the franchise with a £12,500 +VAT deposit while financing the remaining cost of the equipment over time.
Franchises operating a single van see earnings surpassing £50,000 per year. Once your business is established and scaled with multiple vans and employees there is opportunity to earn significantly more.
The management franchise opportunity is ideal for those with strong leadership skills and a track record of driving growth and want to make a bigger investment in their business. Dedicated Franchise Support Manager
You'll be assigned a Franchise Support Manager who will conduct regular check-ins with you and your business to help support you with ongoing franchise development.
Marketing and Lead Generation
You'll benefit from our nationwide marketing such as TV campaigns, radio campaigns and online digital campaigns. We run local marketing initiatives for every franchise across platforms such as Google, Facebook and Bing. On average we help generate 1,000 customer enquiries annually per franchisee, bringing in around £10,000 worth of customer repair requests each week for each franchise.
Full Training Provided
Whether you're from an automotive background or have little experience, we'll put you through a comprehensive training scheme that'll help you learn all the skills necessary to become an Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) certified SMART repair technician. Our Head of SMART Repairs is also available to provide support and technical advice whenever needed.

It's time to get to know each other a bit better!
Let's talk about your expectations, motivation and experience. After an initial call, we'll jump on a video call to look at an area-based finance plan for your business, as well as starting to build a customised marketing strategy to ensure you're busy from day one.
Stage 3 - Let's meet up!
At yours, at ours - whatever is easiest. We'll start developing your full business plan! If you decide to visit us, we will show you our Edinburgh office where you'll meet the Fresh Team. If you live further away and would prefer not to travel, we'll come to you and introduce you to some local franchise owners. Plus, you could even spend a day or two in their van working with real customers. At this stage if you're keen to apply for government funding, we'll do this now.
Stage 4 - Become part of the Fresh family!
From the moment you say go, you're only 6 weeks away from starting your own business as a Fresh franchise owner. Over the 6 weeks, we'll organise everything from setting up your company to putting you through training for your business. Our priority will be to get you busy as quick as possible.
